Our warehouse is a modern industrial unit that is wind and watertight; we are a small team and we take good care of your packages. Once loaded onto the lorry we use blankets to keep everything covered and packages are all tied in with special webbing so that it doesn’t move around inside the lorry
Its never nice to receive a damaged item; we receive goods into the warehouse every-day and for 98% of the time there are no issues. Sadly we have no idea how that item was handled before it arrived with us, nor how the supplier has packed the item for shipment. Sadly we are not able to offer any insurance. We can help you though by taking the item back to Fareham. From that point you can arrange collection and return with your suppliers. We always sign goods in as ‘unchecked or unopened “. In the first instance just send us a quick email so we can help you.
With your permission we are happy to leave your delivery in unlocked garages, sheds and outbuildings that are safe and dry. If you live in an apartment block we could leave any packages with concierge or outside your apartment door.
Any goods that arrive into Romsey will get shipped to Jersey ; once here we are happy to hold onto your delivery for a week free of charge until you get back. If you need longer time than that we are happy to place in to a storage locker for £18 per week.
Any newly bought goods will most likely arrive already wrapped, but if you’ve bought say a used item it really needs to have some wrapping round it ; we do have a good supply of blankets onboard the vehicles though.
Yes , we have a forklift onsite that can lift 900 kgs, and our lorries are all fitted with a tail lift.
Goods can’t be stored there for long periods of time, but they can in the Jersey warehouse and prices start from £8 per week
Yes, we can take any goods there for you and your welcome to have somebody collect from there if you wish
Just pop round to the warehouse and leave everything with us and we can ship it all over for you , prices start from as little as £10 for a box or bag
