Our warehouse in Romsey is manned daily by our team members and conveniently located just a few minutes from Portsmouth harbour.
To use this facility its really easy; all you need to do is email us the goods that you want to send there and have shipped over; once you have seen and accepted the quote just proceed to let your suppliers know your new UK address details. Our address in Romsey will have your name on it as reference so that we can locate it easily and deliver it locally to you.
Your suppliers don’t need to call and arrange a delivery time as long as it arrives between the opening times of the warehouse.
Your goods will be signed into our warehouse and put in a safe place.
Our lorries are travelling all over the UK every week making deliveries and collections, they will call into the Romsey warehouse on a Thursday or Friday to collect items that have arrived. Once all loaded the lorry and team members sail overnight on the freight service between Portsmouth and Jersey. Once in Jersey we unload everything at our St John warehouse, this will take place over the weekend and the will be sorted and made ready for local delivery.
Our team members here on the island will call or email you to make those arrangements. This is a doorstep delivery only, however if you require assistance carrying within your home this can be booked. We make an additional charge of £95 per hour for bulky orders. We can also unpack and take away the waste but this must be pre booked at time of the original booking.
